Carmen Cortesi DI (Crea) - reserves the right to use personal data, provided voluntarily by users, in compliance with current regulations (Articles 13 and following Legislative Decree 196/2003).

All data collected will be processed at the headquarters of the data controller, unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy.
The data controller processes users' personal data by adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of personal data. The processing is carried out by means of computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the data controller, in some cases, categories of persons in charge of the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, computer companies, communication agencies) may have access to personal data also appointed, if necessary, responsible for the processing by the owner. The updated list of data processors may always be requested from the data controller.

Carmen Cortesi DI (Crea) -  guarantees users that the processing of personal data will be reserved for uses strictly connected and related to the provision of its services, the facilitation of site management and the processing of orders.
In case of payment by credit card, the fundamental information for the execution of the transaction (credit/debit card number, expiry date, security code) will be sent to the body responsible for the treatment or possibly to companies responsible for fraud control, by encrypted protocol, without third parties having access to it in any way. This information will never be displayed or stored by the seller (Creajunior).
Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected in accordance with the provisions of art. 11, letter e) of the Privacy Code. Carmen Cortesi DI (Crea) - adopts all the security measures provided for by the Privacy Code to protect the data collected, in order to avoid the risk of loss or theft of data, unauthorized access, illegal and incorrect use. However, Carmen Cortesi DI (Crea) - cannot guarantee its users that the measures adopted for the security of the site and the transmission of data and information on the site are able to limit or exclude any risk of unauthorized access or dispersion of data by devices pertaining to the user. For this reason, we recommend that users of the site ensure that their computer is equipped with appropriate software for the protection of network data transmission (e.g. updated antivirus software) and that their Internet Provider has taken appropriate measures for the security of network data transmission.
Users may exercise at any time the rights provided for in art. 7 of the Privacy Code, in order to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of their personal data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction. Pursuant to the same provision, the user may also request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing. The request for the information listed above may be renewed with a minimum interval of 90 days, except for those cases where there is just cause: cancellation or modification of such data due to violation of the law; cancellation of those data that are not usable for the reasons for which they were collected.
The data controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time by advertising it to users on this page. Therefore, please consult this page often, taking as reference the date of last modification indicated at the end of the document. If you do not accept the changes made to this Privacy Policy, you may request the data controller to delete your personal data. Unless otherwise specified, the previous Privacy Policy will continue to apply to personal data collected up to that moment.
