Shipping is free for orders over 100€ in Italy, for orders under 100€ shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Crea ships to Italy and all over the world only through the express courier service DHL EXPRESS. All the goods shipped by crea is carefully packaged. Together with the shipped goods we will insert in the package the invoice indicating in detail prices and discounts applied, even in case of sales.
ORDER PROCESSING
All regularly filled and paid orders will be processed within two working days, unless we are not responsible for them. All shipments leave Crea, (Italy), only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
FOLLOW YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
The Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by the courier that will allow him to check at any time the progress of its shipment.
SHIPMENTS IN THE WORLD
Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. Delivery DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) shipments are made to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom) where VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping is for Extra EU or Extra Schengen countries, not subject to payment of VAT/TVA on the purchase price.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products and the state of activity of the couriers (strikes, force majeure, holidays, etc.).
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package is tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reservation or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported by sending an e-mail to our customer service.
If the Customer refuses the delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary to return the package to Creajunior will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Creajunior at the Customer's expense. In this case Creajunior will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Client.
RETURNS
Creajunior intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility to return one or more items without too many questions and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily take place within 14 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
In order to send Creajunior one or more returns, the Client must comply with specific conditions:
A) - All items for sale on the Creajunior website are delivered to the Client with an authenticity tag. The item must be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the warranty seal. Returns will only be accepted with the security seal perfectly intact, which may be a plastic seal with thread or, in the case of some footwear, a label placed on the sole. Under no circumstances will returns with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with be accepted.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) - The garments must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packed and packaged appropriately.
D) - All other labels on the garment, both fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
E) - The goods to be returned must be physically and exclusively delivered to the Express Courier within and no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
F) - The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, colour or article, must submit the return procedure and place a new order on the Creajunior website.
G) - Returns of underwear and swimwear will not be accepted.
If one of the above conditions is not met, Creajunior reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to return them to the Customer at the Customer's expense.
4.2 THE RETURN PROCEDURE
A) - To request authorization to return the goods, the Customer must send a request to the address [info@creajunior.it] within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The e-mail must specify the codes of the items to be returned and the order number. Once the return request has been received, Creajunior Customer Service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to be followed.
B - The shipping price will be charged to the Customer:
Once the return request has been sent to info@creajunior.it to make the procedure easier and more advantageous, Creajunior customer service will purchase a shipping label and send it to the customer with instructions to follow (N.B. the cost of the label will be subtracted from the total refund due) or if the customer prefers he can proceed (independently and always at his own expense) with the shipment by sending the goods to the address: Via Matteoti 8/B, Treviglio (BG) 24047.
The shipment is at the customer's risk: Creajunior is not responsible for any loss or damage due to improper packaging or late delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or in the same manner and type. Inside the package, the Client will find a label to be placed as a seal on the outer packaging, to guarantee the Client and Creajunior against any tampering with the return.
All returned items will be inspected by Creajunior's staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Creajunior reserves the right to assess any further charges that may be necessary to guarantee the return of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the condition of the returned items and communicated to the Customer.
REFUND
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Client will receive an email of acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by credit card (if the order was paid by credit card) Paypal credit (if the order was paid by Paypal) or bank transfer.
